What to tell you about me in a few lines ?

1/ Curious by nature

I’ve always been passionated by science and how things work. My favorite games since I was a kid were always building atomic blocks to create bigger systems. When I became a teenager, I played a lot with computers, programming in assembler, because there were no physical limits in programming.

That’s why I chose an Enginner School, to undersand how all sciences work. The ENSAM Paris Tech had the strong advantage to combine theorical and practical sciences and make you undestand that you can practically do what your mind designs. I even took the matter to enter a DEA at Polytechnique but research was less natural than industry.

Whatever the system is, the game is always to first understand the underlying laws then imagine a solution, test, and use them to reach the target. It works when developping systems, designing processes or governance schemes, building organizations or teams…

2/ Being a consultant

And I think that’s the point of being a consultant: to face a lot of different and diversified problems, teams, goals with their laws (market, organizations, corporate cultures, clients, hidden expectations, …), understand them, write the equations and make them work together to reach the target.

And because big projects can’t be done alone, I’m very involved in creating and federate humans in teams to reach higher goals. I believe that people are the key to success and that, even a less efficient way will lead to a better result when one work with motivated people.

3/ Even in personal life

And what is true in my professional life is also true in my personal’s. I’m passionate by nature and I love playing the guitar, skydiving, flying in tunnels or piloting planes (even acrobatic) and I lead a lot of projects in which I get my children and my friends involved.

I play the guitar in a group, with my daugther behind the drums. I train a lot and participate to national competitions in tunnel and skydiving. I organize events in Europe. I even have the professionel licence in windtunnel if I decide to stop being a consultant…
